Suite 109 Costumes Return Policy
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase and your experience with our charity shop, however we understand that sometimes expectations are not met for whatever reason. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us for approval to return. If approved, you may return an item, within 7 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn and is in the same condition, and with the original packaging for new items, in which it was purchased. In exchange, you will receive Suite 109 credit (with no expiry date) for the amount paid for the costume, minus postage costs and a 10% restocking fee. There will be no refunds once a purchase has been made.
